Recognise any of these?
Sales are growing. Profit isn’t following.
More customers, people and activity are bringing extra complexity. You want to understand where the expected gains are going.
The same problems keep returning.
You fix delays, mistakes or tensions, then find yourself dealing with them again. You want to understand the conditions keeping those patterns in place.
You need to reduce costs.
Understand what you can cut without creating bigger problems later. Identify savings that improve efficiency while protecting the capabilities and relationships your future earnings depend on.
Too much still depends on you.
Decisions, customer relationships or specialist knowledge keep coming back to the same few people. You want the business to develop beyond that dependency.
You’re about to commit more.
Another hire, a new site or a larger investment is on the table. You want a clearer view of what would make the next step worthwhile.
You’re preparing to hand over.
Whether to the next generation of your family or another leader, understand what needs to transfer, what still depends on you and what would help the new leadership succeed.
Follow the problem through your business
We start with how your business creates value: why customers choose you, how you deliver for them and how that work is meant to produce earnings.
We then examine what supports or obstructs that process. Decisions, responsibilities, capability, customer experience and the use of capital are considered together.
Financial and operating records, together with a 90-minute fact-find with you, help us explore which explanations fit. Additional team interviews can be agreed and priced separately where they would deepen the analysis.
For a family handover or change of leader, we examine how knowledge, relationships and decision-making can transfer, and what will give the next leader room to lead.
What’s limiting your results, and which changes could make the greatest difference?
The analysis also tests commercial assumptions, market conditions and timing. Growth may need more time to pay back, or the underlying offer may need attention.
