  • A sense of the situation and the decision you face is enough. The initial 30-minute conversation helps us turn that into a clear commercial question and a useful scope.

  • We agree the evidence set on the initial call. Your first enquiry only needs a brief outline. Internal information and any necessary confidentiality arrangements are discussed before you share documents.

  • We agree a delivery timetable around your question, the evidence available and any deadline. Include a relevant date in your enquiry so we can discuss it from the outset.

  • Absolutely not. Your enquiry starts a conversation. You decide whether to commission the analysis after we have agreed the scope, fee and timing. The introductory package is £900 + VAT for analyses commissioned by 31 December 2026.
