By requesting a reading you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.

1. What this is. The Meridian Assessment is an early-stage research prototype. The reading we prepare for you is an external hypothesis built only from public information. It uses no internal data of any kind, no management accounts, no internal documents and no interviews. The scores and financial figures in it are directional estimates rather than calculations, and the findings are hypotheses offered to support better questions, not verdicts or statements of fact about your organisation.

2. Accuracy and prototype status. Because the reading is built from outside the organisation, and the method is still being developed, it may contain errors, gaps, or information that is incomplete or out of date. By taking part you accept that any such inaccuracy is an expected part of the prototype stage rather than a finding about your organisation, and that internal data would be needed to turn the estimates into accurate figures. You agree not to treat any inaccuracy as a misstatement, a grievance, or a basis for a claim against We Are The Nexus Ltd, trading as Adaptiv.

3. Not advice. The reading is not financial, investment, legal, accounting or other professional advice, and it is not a valuation. It should not be relied upon as the basis for any decision. You remain responsible for any action you take, and should seek your own professional advice before acting.

4. Eligibility. You confirm that you are a legal owner or a steward of the organisation named in your request, and that you are authorised to request a reading of it.

5. The exchange. The reading is provided free of charge while we are in the prototype stage, in return for around thirty minutes of your feedback in a follow-up conversation. The purpose of that conversation is to help us learn from and improve the work.

6. Confidentiality and distribution. The reading is prepared in confidence, for you and your organisation only. You agree not to share it outside your organisation, and not to publish it or any part of it in any public space, without our written permission. We treat the information you give us, and the work we prepare for you, as confidential in the same way.

7. Liability. The reading is provided as it is, in good faith, and without any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Are The Nexus Ltd, trading as Adaptiv, accepts no liability for any loss arising from the reading or from any reliance placed on it. If you breach the confidentiality and distribution terms above, any further obligations or permissions on our part fall away, and Adaptiv, the Meridian Assessment and the Meridian Framework carry no further liability to you in connection with the reading.
